Party planning and Coordination Package $820
- Initial meeting to discuss vision and budget
- Discuss a list of local suppliers and identify which suppliers may be suitable to pursue
- Provide quotes from selected suppliers for you to compare and review
- Engage selected suppliers
- Continued correspondence via phone and email in the lead up to your party
- Liaise with and manage payment timeframes for payments and selections with your suppliers
- Preparation of a detailed run sheet for the day of your wedding
- Presence on the day of your party for up to 2 hours to assist with set up.
- Liaison with suppliers on the day and during set up

– Activity packs prepared ready for pickup prior to the party.
– A canvas each with guest’s initial taped on it (ready for the big reveal at the conclusion of the party).
– Paint palettes, paint and paint brushes.
– A custom designed digital invitation.
Optional Extras;
– Aprons available to hire at an additional $3 each
– 100g piece of Pebbly Path Rocky Road party favour for each child $8 each.
– A professional photographer from $200. You’ll receive best edited digital images via online gallery.
